i live in pa. i hired architect to do drawings. they were supose to be complete within 2 months. its been 6 months and all i got was hand drawn sketchs with no details an now hes demanding more money to complete the drawings. i cant preform the work now and want to sue for damages but the contract says "will handle all disputes out side court". what can i do?
