the credit union bank has added car insurance to the auto loan. even after I proved the car was justly insured, they refuse to remove the interest and the insurance premium charges. they claim the company that use to verify the information is no longer contracted with them and has made this mistake with other customers. the charges added almost equal to one more year of regular car payments (+$5000).
