Breach of contract or Notice of delay?

What is the name of your state? Florida

Hired as a sub to fabricate railings for contractor (signed contract) there is a delay in the project due to the main contractor. The contractor has not paid the first scheduled draw in full and is passed due on the second, as well as, not providing me with the approved blueprints. the project has been delayed for 2 months. I call and call and call and each time i get so lame excuse from the contractor stating that he is aware of the delay and know that he is at fault**************..... what do I do? not sure if I should send him a notice of delay or a notice of "breach of contract"
