AS OF TODAY.. I OWN 49% OF A RESTAURANT BUSINESS, 5 YRS.. MY PARTNER WANTED TO TAKE OVER THE BOOKS ( TO LEARN HOW TO DO THEM) IN SEPT...SINCE THEN..**** HAS HIT THE FAN...COULD /CAN NO LONGER BE PAID, CAN'T PAY MORTGS?? NOW MY "BACKER" WANTS ME TO SIGN OVER MY STOCK> I NEED TO KNOW MY RIGHTS AND WHAT NEEDS TO DONE/IN WRITING BEFORE I AM WILLING TO SIGN ANYTHING!!!
