CA Agreement Breach...

California - I had a verbal agreement with a client to build them a website for a specific amount of money. The client agreed and I built the website. When the website was completed and I had sent the invoice the client didn't like the site anymore, and wasn't sure they wanted a website anymore at all. I adjusted a few things to try to please the client there has been no further contact.

I know from other sources that this client is getting behind financially. I believe the real reason the website isn't as attractive anymore is because of a lack of funds...

What should / can I do?

Thank you!

Prove there was such an agreement, that there was consideration and accepatance and that the customer breached the agreement.

In other words, do you have ANY proof (other than he said) that provides the above?
