What is the name of your state? Nevada (is the state the buisness is in)

I own stock in a family business that is incorporated in Nevada. I am wanting to sell my stock and there is a bylaw requiring me to sell it to a family member. No family members are interested in buying my stock.

Is there a Nevada law that allows me to sell my stock to someone outside my family?
