Hi all,

My company is in a business where we want to protect our IP. We have MSA with our clients but we are concerned with POs that have different T&Cs. Can those POs override an MSA regarding the same services?

1: US Law Only
2: What's an "MSA"?

IDK.

Why don't you try again, ajn512, by providing your state name if in the US, or your country name if not in the US, and by using words rather than acronyms. There are 184 (+/-) MSAs.

Thanks.

I *think* the OP might mean "Master Sales Agreement". But it's only a slightly educated guess.
