My aunt prepurchased a bronze burial plaque that would display her husband's and her names, a long time ago. She just passed away. Now the burial place, called Valley of the Temples, is telling her son that "the laws have changed" and he has to buy a bigger plaque (no refund on smaller plaque). Does anyone know of any law concerning the size of a burial plaque? That sounds ridiculous. Valley of the Temples should have informed my aunt about the "new law" before she died, since she paid for it. Help please!
