What is the name of your state Texas

Ive just gotten a letter claiming i signed a contract to reimburse my previous employer for a training i received last year the problem with this is i have never seen the contract before and certainly did not sign it.It has my signature on it but its copied and pasted i know this because i witnessed our secretary do this several times while i worked there.my question is since there is no original copy with my signature in ink can the company get away with enforcing this or do i have any legal recourse any information regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Just to make sure I understand the situation:
Your defense to a contract is that you never signed it and you believe it is forgery because you witnessed a company employee doing this in the past several times and failed to report it.

So, you were okay with fraud and forgery until it was used against you?

there was nothing to report ive witnessed her do this with technicians consent on ojt hours so i know she has the capability do it so karma has nothing to do with it. Any useful or knowledgable replies would be appreciated preferably from someone with an education on the legality of this.
