What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina

If my company has a court ordered confession of judgment for an individual to pay us let's say $200,000, is that confession of judgment able to be transferred or sold to another entity? Such as someone who has more money and can use it to recover that $200,000 in better ways.

It would be a situation to where I would sell it for $150,000 and give up $50,000 just not to have to go through the recovery phase, etc.

And this would be assuming the person WANTS to purchase the judgment.
