What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

The last 5 years I have/had a consulting and license agreement
with a company where I was employed 20 years before.
This contract is about products I have developed, trade marks
and brand names. This company had financial problems.
Short before bankruptcy the entire capital of this company
was acquired by a big investment group.
This investment group has respected my contract without change.
But now, this investment group has sold part of the former
company included this part where I was involved in.
This new company has taken over the former business, producing my
developed products (200 to 300)and selling this under a different brand name;
but will not honor my contract; I do not get substantial information.
My license contract is not terminated; I never have violated the contract.
I’m even not allowed to enter the factory where I have worked the
last 25 years and where the license contract is for.
I have not received my monthly consultation fee.

Can this company produce and sell products I have developed?
Who is responsible for my contract, payment etc.?

Can this company produce and sell products I have developed?
possibly. Depending on who owns the trademarks and patents and if the licenses are transferable are all areas needing to be explored to make a determination

Who is responsible for my contract, payment etc.?
Whoever you are contracted with. If the contract was transferred to another entity (if that was even allowable) it would be with the transferee. If the contract was not transferable, then nobody until you enter into a new contract with somebody.

This is something you really need to have an attorney study and provide an opinion. There are many different possibilities, too many to address on a forum. An attorney will be able to review all germane contracts and transfers and should be able to determine where you stand.
