| You may have a case if your contract said you were paying to purchase the vehicle and not just lease it. It may be difficult to prove that it was a purchase when you have nothing in writing. What is the reason (if any) that they are giving for not releasing the title? |

| And if he can PROVE that was the agreement (kind of hard when it's not in writing).
