What is the name of your state? New Jersey
I have a contract dated 1990 for purchase of business. The sellers estate
is looking for a whole lot of money. The seller's will specified what would
be satisfaction for the debt, I offered it but it was rejected. It was not
enough for the executor/benificiary. I sued using the SOL defense and
asked the court to determine what I owed. The executor told the judge
he would abide by the decision of the court. The court rendered it's
decision five(5) months ago. The executor has not asked for the money,
not asked for a judgement, and I can't get him to settle the debt.
They sued for the stock based on a stock pledge agreement, I offered
them the stock in court, but they then said they did not want that???
How do I get rid of them? Everytime I offer them what they want, they
change what they are asking for.
