We are doing work for one of our online clients. We are furnishing a contract. This is a publicly traded company and we need to furnish a contract with reference to material information. I would like to have the contract reference to this and explicitly spell out buying or selling shares with knowledge of Material information. This is to protect the company and the workers.
Is there a template that you guys can lead me to that i could use as a reference?
