I signed a contract with a private school for my daughter in September 2008 for school year September 2008 to June 2009. In March, the school staff member administered medication to my child without parent authorization. Also, the staff member who administered the medication to the child was not trained and certified to administer medication. I complained to Department of Social Services who conducted an investigation and found the school in violation of minimum licensing requirements. School is asking the entire school year fees. Can I sue to rescind the contract and get the school to refund the deposit money:eek:
