Contract for services

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

I entered into a signed contract to provide engineering services for a developer. We agreed to a price and both parties signed a contract laying the services I would provide and the consideration to be paid by the developer. Yesterday he was approached by another engineer who offered to do the work for less money. I have a signed contract to provide the services. What are my rights and what should I do if the developer hires the other engineer to provide he services? The contract amount he agreed to with me is over $150,000.

For that much money, you need to take your contract to a local attorney who can review it, determine its viability and, if appropriate, contact the developer on your behalf.
A free legal ADVICE site is not going to get it done for you.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
