Here is my scenario - all comments welcome.

Two parties discuss a business service. Party A lives in Oklahoma and is the "client." Party B operates a business in Georgia.

Party A sends in funds on September 3rd and other documents to get the process started but there is no contract signed.

Party B sends a contract to Party A that is dated September 3rd but is sent on September 27. Party A signs and returns the contract via fax on October 3rd.

Is the contract valid and enforceable or is it thrown out because of the date issue?
