What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CO

I am an independant contractor and my client is a deadbeat. The client's headquarters are in Denver, CO. My contract agreement states: "This Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of any state or federal court located in Chicago, Illinois." . Must all legal action (small claims, lawsuit) take place in Chicago or can I do this in Colorado courts? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
