What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas. I have been asked by a former employer to give a deposition for a case between them and a courier service. After I was fired from this company, and replaced by the person I trained, this company chose to end their contract with this courier service and opt to using a different one. The original courier has filed a suit stating they had a contract naming them as the sole provider for making deliveries in Oklahoma. My question is should I bring legal representation to the deposition and what is my legal liability?
