dissolving an LLC

What is the name of your state? Vermont. Can you dissolve and LLC and start the business under a new name to get rid of a member? A member has a clause to be removed from the business lease in their withdrawal notice. Landlord did not do that. If we add on new guarantors to the lease and dissolve the LLC and keep business going under a new name will this take care of that member? IF we cannot why????
