I purchased a Golden Corral Restaurantfor 275K to find the shortly after taking ownership much of the restaurant equipment started failing to the cost of over 50K which eventually led to the business closing, a pile of debt and a personal Bankruptcy. Is their a claim against the old owners for not telling us about the faulty band-aided equipment?

Did you have the opportunity to inspect the premises and how the business operated before you signed the agreement?

did the sellers warranty the equipment for any specific period of time?

did the sellers lie about the condition of the equipment?

did they allow you to have the equipment inspected prior to sale?
