My question involves business law in the state of Maryland.
Background
I work for a small startup and we don't have a professional development policy or agreement. I'd like to attend a conference (and have a variety of other ambitions), but my bosses need something in writing before they can sign off on it. I'm willing to draft it but I'm unsure of where to begin.
Question
Does anybody have an agreement that I could reference? Alternatively, if anybody knows of any resources I can use, please point me in their direction!
