What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Trying to evict a tenant who wanted to rent for opening a retail store. She has been there for 6 months and has not opened her store yet. She has not payed the last 2 months rent and she does not have a lease. What do we need to do to get her out as soon as possible.
