I have a certified judgment against my ex for $25000 and back child support of $17000 through csea Hawaii - He just signed an "exclusive Songwriters Contract" with OSNY/ATV Tree Publishing - address in Nashville. How do I proceed to lien onthis contract? Not to mentionthat more than 1/2 the songs represented on the contract were copywritten during the marriage and undisclosed as marital assets...I want him to be successful since he bailed from the marriage to be a contender but he owes me and the kids..Apparantly he is working with the big guys in Nashville
