What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC. Franchisor failed to collect revenue from client (due to no fault of franchisee)for several months and in court.Now franchisor is taking money back for revenues not collected from client.Services were rendered for all the months until was told to not continue.Franchisee had no knowledge of revenues not collected.
