In a "Technology Transfer Agreement", where Author wishes to transfer 2 items: A. Technology, and B. Assets to Company X. If the "Author hereby grants..." section is missing or incomplete, did the agreement actually execute?

The section reads:
"Author hereby grants to Company ownership of Technology ...".

However, it fails to include "Assets", so did the Assets actually get transferred?

State: Florida

Thank you. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
