Suppose a company advertises on its webpage that it is going to provide some service to you as part of whatever deal you are engaging in. How would you prove in court that said promise was made if it is only mentioned on the company's website?

Assume that the promise is currently being advertised in the website. Also assume that as soon as the company receives a legal complaint, that it will remove the advertisement from its webpage.

Thanks

It's a moot question.
