aloha, i own a restaurant (A) in a resort. recently, the resort was bought out by a new company. i am working on opening a new restaurant(B) with a different genre and target market as A. my landlord has just indicated to me that they will be pulling my lease because i am opening a new restaurant. is that legal?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
