Late Payment Fee in Maine

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maine

My company is a website hosting company. We have a client who regularly makes late payments, and we charge, on each invoice, a 2% fee to any outstanding balance. Is 2% too much according to Maine law? What is the maximum allowable fee?
