My husband works for a major corporation as a W2 employee. He is a software and services sales rep. Part of his employment agreement is the reimbursement of business related expenses (mostly travel). His company is almost one year behind on expenses payments to him. He has only been at the company one year and has only received two expense payments totaling approx. $4k. Total amount owed is over $15k. He has a long string of emails and contacts with his boss, bosses boss, bosses bosses boss, head of HR, etc. dating back more than six months with promises of payment but still not check. What recourse do we have? We are now in a desperate financial situation due to cash flowing these expenses for the past year. He does not know of any other employees at the company having this issue to this extent.
