I have a contract based on Californian's state law.
In the contract it is stated that in case of a dispute, the two parties are obligated to mediate before going to court.
My question is that if the mediator comes back with a proposal that at first both parties agree on and then one of the parties does not follow it. Will a judge just enforce the mediator proposal or will the judge not consider the mediator proposal at all???
