Missing signed contract, is this a problem?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida.

I contracted a software development shop (also Florida based) to develop a software system for my company. The software development agreement was modified a few times before we both agreed to the final version. I signed and sent it over to them. The project started and is now complete but with major problems.

My next action is to initiate arbitration (which is covered by our agreement in case there are disputes) because they refuse to talk to me about pending issues that were covered by the agreement.

Question: I can't find a copy of the signed agreement. I only have the one I sent to them, but for some reason I can't locate a copy with both our signatures. How much of a problem can this be when we go into arbitration?
