Need a Quick Answer on Conflict of Interest

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

I teach at a school district in Oregon. I would like to start a business LLC or Corporation focusing on an outstanding fund raising program for activity, club or athletic programs at public and private schools including intercollegiate programs.

Is there a conflict of interest law preventing me from doing this as I would earn a commission based on the number of products sold?

Why not talk to the administrators of the school? That you'd earn a commission might disturb them, however.
