What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OHIO
Two years ago, I started a job as a Limo Driver as an Independent contractor. (individual)
Now at the start of 2016 the Company asked all of there drivers to become S-Corporations, without any new contract and they are paying the corporation directly.
Since I signed a contract as an "individual", Does that contract become Null and Void now that they are paying a corporation not an individual ?
Should I get a new contract signed under the new corporation ?
