I would like to sell a new product in local stores. It is a novelty item to be sold POP.
What B2B legal preparations should I make besides filing for a patent?

Generally I work somewhat on good faith in my standard business, but this is new territory for me.

Thanks, but

At the moment I am researching and not in the position to hire an attorney. I have an accountant that will be involved.
