I work independently 6 hours from my nearest office in another state and perform job duties that aren't in scope with the position stated in my contract. My non compete says I can't perform any duty performed by the company with current or potential clients that have been marketed. Can my non compete be enforced this broadly?

With non-compete agreements, the specific facts really matter - with these specifics including the state(s) involved and the type of job.

Would you care to provide more details?

Know in advance that, if you do provide more details, we will still advise you to have the agreement you signed personally reviewed in its entirety by an attorney in your area. We can only provide to you general information on non-competes. Analyzing agreements/contracts falls outside the scope of this forum.
