What is the name of your state Utah!
I have heard non-competes do not stand up well in court. I am in situation where I need to move on, but the economy is so poor I have found this to be difficult, but have recently been made an offer that may violate my non-compete. What can my current employer legally do to enforce the agreement? Can they go so far as to subpoena my future paystubs, or gain other information. My agreement says nothing about how they would enforce it. ANy help would be appreciated.
