non-disclosure agreement 10 years?

I live in Nevada.

Would this nondisclosure agrement hold up in court? Even though other companies do it, people see me making it, take many pictures, and videos.

The term of this nondiscloosure agreement is 10 years and Indepedent contractor must refrain from pursuing any employment of the knowledge obtained for 10 years.
