What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon

I live in Oregon and I have a service contract with a company that's a
Virginia corporation Located in Boca Raton, Florida. I do warranty service work on computers and other electronics. The company is having trouble financially and is unable to pay at this time. They can not tell me when they will but have patience and keep doing the work.

I told them that I was not able to keep doing the work and I would have to put them on credit hold. They said that I had to keep doing the work it was my responsibiilty under the contract.

Are they not in breach of contract and don't I have the right to stop doing work untill I am paid?
