What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Utah

I own 35% of a company with 2 other partners. Is it Legal for the other 2 partners to "vote me" out of the company. Or "vote" for me to get a smaller cut of the ownership ?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Your ownership cannot be voted away without compensation. If they can do it at all over your objections depends on your organization documents.
