I have been in the same shopping center for 19 years. I have decided to sell my business and upon doing so the new landlords, of one year, immedialtly terminated my lease without a reason what so ever. My lease does state they may do this if one of three things aren't met, they were all met. They were unreasonable and sent me a letter stating termination with in 48 hours of my request. I lost the sale, I am still there it has been 4 months and nothing has changed, I am a hostage, I can't sell, can I take them to and the property manager from Vestar to civil court myself?
