Is it possible to sue a private school in a situation where a student has been forced to remain at home and only return for exams due to misbehavior? The full tuition for the year is still required although the student cannot receive class time, lessons, extra curricular activities, or even go on campus. Is there anyway to sue for refund of this tuition? The country is canada if it helps.
