I want to know that if there is a contract by email between 2 persons, one staying in India(my client) and other staying in US(accused) for making of a web site at a cost and after the site is ready the US person refuses to pay them and also uses the design on their site , where the Indian person should go to get justice. The contract amount is around Rs 35,000/ pl advice
