If I take out a business line of credit of 120k using my good standing credit score could I then sign over the responsibility of that money to someone else with a personal guarantee contact risking only my credit score? So if the invested money goes south the 120k would be the responsibility of the one who signed the personal guarantee contract to pay it back? Any help would be very much appreciated I need to make an educated dissection for a very important move. Thanks! (I live in Texas)What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
