Refusing to provice copy of contract

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

The equestrian facility where I keep my horse, as well as teach lessons to others, is refusing to provide me with the boarding contract that I signed. I did not get a copy the day that I signed it, and have requested they provide me with one, which they have refused. Before taking this further, what is the legal obligation they have to provide me with a copy?

If they sue you for breach of contract then they will have to show the contract if they expect to win.
