What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Hello, We have a contract between a seller Football team and buyer. The seller was in breach of contract, which we won in court. Originally we had 6 owners that signed the contract. One owner resigned and the other owner was voted out majority vote. The question I have is, the 2 previous owners believe that since we went to court with the original seller that they are still owners. The contract we had was between seller and buyer. It was not between owners. Do these previous owners have any rights to our team? We do have the resignation letter for one and the other we voted out due to code of conduct. We returned the amount she paid as an owner which she cashed and has continuously harassed our owners and players. What right does she have? The seller who we had to take to court finally is leaving us alone but these 2 previous owners believe that since the original contract regarding seller/buyer that they are still owners? Please advise Thank you so much

She has no rights to anything until a judge gives her some. Unless you have been served with a lawsuit I suggest that you and your players just turn a deaf ear to her.

has continuously harassed our owners and players.
What does that even mean?

Every minute of every hour of every day, she's on the phone with your people or coming by in person, or what?

If you are letting her get to you, that's more on you than on her.

When she calls say "no comment" and hang up. Keep doing that. Instruct everybody else to do it.

If she shows up, tell her to leave or she's trespassing and call the police. Tell your people to do that, too.

How can a seller not be an owner? Unless an owner sells, relinquishes, or in some other way loses their ownership interest they continue to be owners with the rights afforded an owner.

Beyond that your post doesn't make a lot of sense. What did the "owners" actually own?
What did the sellers sell?

What did the one owner resign from?

You say you voted another seller was voted out. Voted out of what?

You had 6 original owners that signed what contract?
