There was a contract between company A and company B in the state of Virginia where Non-competes are not as easily enforceable as other states. Company A has withheld 2 months of payments from company B because it believes company B violated a non-compete agreement. Company A in the meantime in no longer incorporated in Virginia and is instead incorporated in a different state where non-competes are more enforceable.

Is it possible to still file a complaint against company A in Virginia? If so, what would be the best way to do this, as company A has already altered their name and state of incorporation.
