Hi, is there any way to get out of a Purchase Order agreement? I found out I could get significantly more after signing today. I relaize it is legally binding but hoping there may be some loopholes to this piece of paper? Only things worth mentioning that might help are that it is dated 3 days ago. Does that matter? there is no tax applied. Is this legal in state of NY? 1 of the terms is that they pick it up by the 24th. Can I just close my doors to them & let that date expire? Another pt. is that they posted it online without consent before the sale, they're resellers. Thank you! Sam
