What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio
I belong to a non-profit social club where we play bid whist. we compete every Saturday and also travel out of town to play cards. We have fundraisers to generate funds. The president, another officer and two members started a new club where they will make a profit. Besides hosting a card tournament they also travel out of town to compete in tournaments. They are soliciting members from the non-profit to join their club. I want to know if this is a conflict of interest? Being the tournaments they are hosting could be done through the non-profit. It would not only generate funds it will also generate new members to the non-profit
