What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky
My husband and I bought a new car, once we got home and started reviewing our contract we noticed that the car lot had charged us 3000 less than should have been charged. We bought the car on a Saturday, on Monday they called and said that we had to come back and sign a new contract because they had messed up on the other contract. And that there was no way that they were giving us that vehicle for 3000 dollars less. They claimed that they would come and get the vehicle if we did not come and sign a new contract. Did we do something wrong or is this fault and should they honor their contract?

is the $3k mistake attributable to something such as you were going to trade in a car and you didn't or anything else that would explain it?
